Terms of Service

1. Service description

SquareTable lets you send a single prompt to several third-party AI models (including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and DeepSeek) and compare their answers side by side. The Service also offers tools to analyze content you provide, such as images, PDFs, web pages and videos. The available models, features and usage limits may change over time. The Service provides AI-generated output and is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping the mobile number and any access credentials associated with your account secure, and for all activity that takes place under your access.

3. Access and usage limits

SquareTable is currently provided free of charge. There are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no purchase flow — we do not collect card details or process payments, and no charge is made for using the Service.

Usage is subject to fair monthly limits shown on the subscription page. If we introduce paid plans in future, the price, billing period and included usage will be presented before any purchase, and no existing account will be charged without first agreeing to those terms.

4. Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel and no payment method on file. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that contains malware; or
• use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Service or other users.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts, files and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content as needed to operate the Service, which includes transmitting your prompts to third-party model providers to generate responses. Subject to those providers' terms, the output generated for you is yours to use. The SquareTable name, logo, software, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers reached via OpenRouter and the payment and infrastructure providers we use to run the Service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and you are responsible for evaluating it before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAM Media B.V. and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
